1. Is this legal? - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Using currency in a direct exchange for isk is against the EULA. While it may not be illegal per say, it would still break the agreement you read (or more likely scrolled through ) and result in you being banned. Unbalance EVE!

I would doubt that mawlee, as the downtime for the servers for this update has not yet occurred. Please read the link you have provided, and check when that downtime is supposed to occur.

I think I'm about tapped out. I know there's some pretty minor graphics settings within EVE. I know messing around once with one called Z something or other screwed up my install. Seems people who were having graphical problems in the past changed...

Have you tried other drivers (older, newer, possibly even third party)? Have you overclocked or underclocked GPU/RAM on your video card? Updated to the latest DirectX? Just to eliminate some possibilities.
